Our team runs the back-office functions that revenue depends on — lead calling, estimate follow-up, project coordination, invoice management, and hiring support — so contractors can grow without their operations breaking under the weight of it. We operate with integrity, professionalism, responsiveness, and organization, and we measure our work by results: booked estimates, recovered revenue, and businesses that run without the owner in the middle of everything.
We're looking for motivated people who want to be part of a team that makes a real difference for the contractors we support. You'll gain hands-on experience in lead calling, estimate follow-up, project coordination, CRM management, and hiring support — working directly inside real contracting businesses, not just checking boxes on a generic task list.
